Once upon a time @nolan-sims was reflecting on her sordid past and she showed me this dress but, for the sims 3 (now removed!). Anyhow! I had to make it and the dress was/is available here. Comes in All 22 Colors from @eversims palette, 5 fishnet swatches, and 2 plain sheer. Updated mesh 12/9/16 but, all recolors will still work including this awesome one by the precious @teanmoon.
