Cold Shoulder Shirt v1

This is a top only of the Spring Fling Pack dress. I chopped it off and added that cute little hem from that boho-y Get to Work shirt. Comes in pxelbox's Extended Vibrancy Palette plus a few Simlish (Have Courage and be kind, Fries before Guys, Not Today Satan), and some patterns for a total of 30 swatches.
